I just wanted to recommend Crystal if you need a Disney, or other destination, travel agent. She is so quick at responding to emails. She got us all the FastPasses we wanted, including the hard to get ones! She set us up with all our character dinners and recommended places to eat. She used our budget to find the perfect resort and time of year for us. When we decided to stay an extra day, she contacted Disney and changed our accommodations very quickly. I couldn’t imagine someone more knowledgeable. She truly took away so much stress. Seriously, she goes above and beyond! – Danielle M.

We are home from our beach/Disney trip and had the absolute best time!!!! I need to give a shout out to Crystal for planning our trip [to Aulani] for us. She was phenomenal and took over for me and all I had to do was tell her yes and no when she asked my preferences. She booked our character dinner and breakfast at the perfect times that suited kids well and informed me of the ins and outs of the resort. It was fantastic. She was sure to book a dinner for Jason and I while the kids enjoyed aunties beach house and had lots of activities to keep them busy. We had a wonderful time in spite of the heat! Everything went very smoothly with the check in at the airports, to the Magical Express, to the resort, and all the shuttles to the different parks. I was very nervous about being the only adult in charge of an 11 year old but it all went well. I am so happy with all that Crystal  did for us. We never felt rushed, and we actually had plenty of time between FastPasses, so sometimes we were able to pick up something standby during that time. The weather cooperated for the most part…just a little bit of rain on Monday evening…but overall we liked the weather better in March than in June. The girls were excited to go swimming…something we sadly won’t do again for a few more months since we’ve had an awful spring so far in Illinois. Our trip was a month or so after hurricane Irma. She was totally on top of everything as the hurricane approached, to make sure we didn’t miss any dates because of power/internet outages on her end. I planned a trip to Disney World and Universal Studios pretty last minute, and to top it off, like so many of us, when I was planning my work and personal schedules were crazy. Crystal was attentive, detail oriented, patient, and available. I told her what I wanted and needed, and she made it happen, including arranging scooters to make navigating around the parks easier for an elderly parent and a family member with a back injury. She answered my questions in a timely manner and never delayed in her communications with me or in making our travel arrangements. With this being the first time I planned a Disney trip, she also made sure all bases were covered and even provided me with Lyft and Uber resources in case we needed transportation that was outside of what the hotel shuttle provided.
