“Why should I use a vacation planner to plan my Disney vacation?”

We monitor our bookings carefully so that any new specials announced by Disney get applied to any existing bookings we have. So in many cases, we can SAVE you money. Also, a vacation planner is a great sounding board. Give us your ideas, preferences, must see-and-do events or rides any other input and we can tailor-make your ‘Dream come true’ vacation. “Should I wait until a sale is released before I book my Disney Parks vacation?”
We know what the discounts are and how to get the best deal for you. We can apply discounts to previously booked reservations. If you booked with Disney directly, they do not automatically apply those discounts for you like we do. By booking months in advance for Walt Disney World, we can have your details worked out before the sale date and the “mad rush” for reservations. When you are in our system we take care of you first-thing when the sales are released and there are no delays in getting you the best deal available. Dining reservations–these can be made 180 days before you travel. The most popular restaurants fill up FAST! If you already have your room reservation, then the dining can be made on your 180 day mark. Most of the specials do not get released that early, therefore, by the time that they are released, you top restaurant picks might already be filled up!
“What do you charge for helping with our Disney vacation?”
The service we provide for our clients that book their trip with us is FREE! Really! Vacation planners are paid a commission by Disney for the travel that is booked. There are no behind the scenes mark ups or hidden fees. As long as we book your reservation, there is absolutely no charge for us to help you with your vacation. Down to the penny, it is the exact same price as if you booked it yourself…Disney World, Disneyland, a Disney Cruise or any other Disney destination.
“We are a military family. Can we stay at the military resort, Shades of Green?”
Yes, as long as there is availability, but you will need to contact them directly and handle your trip on your own. We can’t work with the Shades of Green Resort. There are a few things to remember if you decide to stay there. While it is a beautiful resort with large rooms, it is not managed by Disney. There is NO complementary transportation to and from the airport, no baggage handling or airport check-in at the resort, and you cannot add on a Disney dining plan. While you can take advantage of Extra Magic Hours you do not take the Disney buses to the parks. The Shades of Green shuttle runs a couple of times an hour to and from the parks and does not drop guests at the same places as the Disney buses. Many years Disney has offered a great deal for military families at their resorts. By booking a Disney resort through us with a military discount you can even add a Disney dining plan and take advantage of all the Disney resort guest perks.
