CFDDA Annual Meeting: Cruise Registration Request & Housing Form

CFDDA is excited to invite members, parents, grandparents, and families to the 2020 CFDDA Annual Meeting at sea. Disney Cruise Line delivers a premium cruise experience for each guest, and their ships are hugely popular for adults as well as children. Complete the Registration Request form today to reserve your spot on this 3-night cruise from Port Canaveral, FL sailing May 2020 aboard the Disney Dream. Continuing Education credits will be offered aboard the ship.

o Saturday, May 2: Nassau, Bahamas
o Sunday, May 3: Castaway Cay (private island)
o Monday, May 4: Port Canaveral, FL

Please plan to arrive in the Orlando area no later than April 30 if coming from out of town. To enhance your experience, extended pre and post-cruise vacation packages at Walt Disney World are also available.

Registration and cabins are confirmed on a first-come, first served basis so please register now while cabins are still available. Deposits for non-suite cabins are refundable until December.

o Concierge Suites from $3360 total for 2 passengers
o Balcony cabins from $2034 total for 2 passengers
o Oceanview cabins from $1884 total for 2 passengers
o Interior cabins from $1788 total for 2 passengers

A Passport is not required for this cruise, but Passports are recommended. If sailing without a Passport, a Birth Certificate AND a Driver’s License will be required for each passenger aged 16 and above. A Birth Certificate is required for each passenger aged 15 and younger who is not using a Passport. Please have full passenger names and birthdates handy and complete your Registration Request today!

The 2020 Annual Meeting cruise is a unique event which has been thoughtfully planned and arranged by CFDDA. All cabins must be booked directly via the registration link below. Unfortunately, cabins booked directly through the cruise line or by another source are subject to administrative fees and may be ineligible for CFDDA cruise activities and benefits.
