Carrielyn is a gem. I’ve booked two Disney cruises with her so far and refer her to everyone I know. Her Disney knowledge is unmatched, but she’s also helped with other things, like finding me a decently priced but awesome hotel in San Juan, and figuring out transfers and port excursions outside of Disney. I feel safer knowing she’s there when I travel. It’s like having a fairy godmother
