Disney Vacation School Fundraiser
Support Your School While Planning a Magical Vacation
At Wish Upon a Star with Us, we believe vacations can create memories that last a lifetime — and now they can also help support your local school. When families book an eligible Disney vacation through our agency as part of this fundraiser, a portion of the vacation cost will be donated directly back to the participating school.
Whether you’re dreaming of enjoying the magic of the parks at the Walt Disney World Resort or Disneyland Resort, setting sail with Disney Cruise Line, exploring the world with Adventures by Disney or relaxing at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa in Hawaii, your family vacation can help make a difference for the students, teachers and school programs in your local community.
How the Fundraiser Works
The process is simple:
- Contact Wish Upon a Star with Us to plan your Disney vacation.
- Let us know you are booking as part of the school fundraiser by mentioning your school's code at time of booking.
- Book and travel by the end date of your school's designated fundraiser.
- After your vacation and the fundraiser are completed, a donation will be made back to the school in an amount based on the total value of your vacation package.
There is no extra cost added to your vacation package to participate in the fundraiser. Your family receives the same great vacation planning services, the same pricing and expert support from one of our Vacation Planners while helping your school earn additional funds.
Eligible Vacation Destinations
The following Disney destinations qualify for this fundraiser promotion:
- Walt Disney World Resort*
- Disneyland Resort*
- Disney Cruise Line
- Adventures by Disney
- Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa
*To quality, Walt Disney World or Disneyland vacations must be a vacation package that includes Resort/Hotel + Park Tickets. Tickets for Walt Disney World must include at least three days of tickets; Disneyland tickets must include at least two days of park tickets.
Is there an extra cost to participate?
No. Families do not pay anything additional to participate in the fundraiser.
I already booked my vacation. Can it still qualify?
It's possible a vacation that was already booked can still qualify for this program by transferring the booking to our travel agency (as long as it was booked directly with Disney within the last 30 days). We may also be able to rebook your reservation to count towards the fundraiser. Contact your Vacation Planner for more information.

The amount donated to the school is based on the total value of the vacation package booked.

How does the school receive the donation?
Your Wish Upon a Star with Us Vacation Planner will calculate the donation amount based on the total price of each vacation package that was booked as part of the fundraiser program, according to the chart above. Wish Upon a Star with Us will submit the funds directly to the participating school at the conclusion of the fundraiser!

Terms & Conditions
Offer is valid only for qualifying vacation bookings made through Wish Upon a Star with Us as part of the participating school fundraiser program. Eligible destinations include Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney and Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa. Vacations must be booked and traveled by the date specified for your school's fundraiser, to qualify. Donation amounts are based on the final paid vacation package total, and will be issued to the participating school after travel is completed and the fundraiser has concluded. Certain components, including airfare and other third-party products may not qualify toward donation totals. Existing reservations may qualify at the discretion of Wish Upon a Star with Us. This promotion has no cash value and may not be combined with certain other offers or promotions.
