Heather did an amazing job helping my girlfriend and I with our first trip to Disney World and Universal. She quickly responded to all of our questions and helped us save time and money with the suggestions and options she offered. She especially impressed us because we were in Florida during the big hurricane of 2016 and when Universal had announced they were closing the parks early that day and all of the next, we received a call no less than five minutes later to let us know she was already working on obtaining refunds. This allowed us to enjoy the remainder of the day at the park while she worked with customer service. Heather made our trip magical and we would highly recommend anyone planning a trip to Disney and/or Universal to book through her.
