I have known Ginna for quite some time. Ginna recently helped me plan my Disney vacation with incredible success!! The reservation and scheduling was so easy letting Ginna guide me and most of the time processing for me. She helped me navigate the Disney App – lightening passes – perfectly timed reservation request – stroller rental – ground transportation and other things I’m sure I have already forgotten! I was very fortunate to have planned this trip perfectly between two hurricanes! No big deal right!!!! Ginna was checking on us and once she also had seen that our flights back had been cancelled – she was the only way we were able to secure a minivan and drive out of Orlando right before the storm!!
