It has been wonderful having Heather help us with our Disney World trip and Disney Cruise planning. She responds very quickly to all of our questions and has provided great suggestions. We followed many of her suggestions for dining at Disney World and enjoyed them especially the Ohana character breakfast. It is also great to get updates and reminders. We don’t know when we should necessarily be receiving things from Disney, but she lets us know when to expect important information, documents, and our Magic Bands. I think we would have missed some of the fun things we enjoyed if we had not had Heather’s help. Thanks, Heather
