Working with Jennifer was a pleasure! She was so informative and helpful to us on so many levels. We really had no idea of what we were getting into with our Trip to Hawaii and especially with the COVID restrictions, she was on top of it all and helped us navigate the journey. Our Vacation was NOT an easy one either. We started with a cruise on the Disney Cruise but had to redirect our holiday and decided on staying at Aulani. She helped us with booking and cancellations and was so patient with us.
