One of the experiences that truly shaped my career was spending three years in Orlando as a Reservations Specialist for Walt Disney World Resort. Living and working in the heart of the Disney magic gave me invaluable firsthand knowledge of Disney Resorts, ticket options, dining, transportation, special events, seasonal celebrations, and vacation planning. After returning to Illinois, I brought that insider knowledge with me and have continued helping families create magical Disney vacations ever since. I stay up to date on the latest promotions, resort offerings, park updates, new attractions, and planning strategies so my clients receive expert guidance every step of the way.
