Ginna was fabulous in helping to plan our 10 year anniversary trip! She helped us scope out different locations and resorts based on our wants. We landed on Secrets Royal Beach in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic and it far exceeded our expectations. Ginna sent us helpful tips and reminders as our travel dates approached and was always readily available for questions. I’m so glad we took Ginna’s suggestion on upgrading to the preferred club at the Resort, it added so much to our trip. I would highly recommend Ginna to anyone looking to plan a trip!

I have known Ginna for quite some time. Ginna recently helped me plan my Disney vacation with incredible success!!  The reservation and scheduling was so easy letting Ginna guide me and most of the time processing for me.  She helped me navigate the Disney App – lightening passes – perfectly timed reservation request – stroller rental – ground transportation and other things I’m sure I have already forgotten!  I was very fortunate to have planned this trip perfectly between two hurricanes!  No big deal right!!!!  Ginna was checking on us and once she also had seen that our flights back had been cancelled – she was the only way we were able to secure a minivan and drive out of Orlando right before the storm!!  We didn’t miss a moment at Disney!  And actually enjoyed more than normal because it wasn’t as busy as it normally would be!!!  If you are going!!  Let Ginna help you!!  Thank you so much Ginna Heyen!!! We had the most magical time at the Caves in Jamaica on our honeymoon! Our stay was extremely accommodating, rejuvenating, and relaxing. Maddie and I agree that the key to our great experience was the thoughtful planning of it. Thankfully, Ginna made it very easy for us- she took care of everything! She took the time to understand what we wanted, found the property that met our desires, arranged our stay, set up all of our transportation, and made certain that all our needs were met, contacting the property, even making sure we were able to get tested for COVID! During these uncertain times, it was comforting to know we had Ginna on our side. Our trip was everything we wanted and so much more. We highly recommend the Caves resort and Ginna Heyen.

Ginna planned our trip and made reservations for us so that we could just enjoy ourselves! Everything went smoothly. She even checked in with us to see if we needed anything while we were there.
