Josh is a full-time Travel Advisor and Cruise Specialist with Wish Upon a Star with Us Travel. Since joining the agency in 2016, Josh has helped families, couples and multigenerational groups plan exceptional vacations around the world, with a special focus on Disney Cruise Line. He specializes in creating personalized vacation experiences for clients who appreciate expert guidance, exceptional attention to detail and a seamless planning experience.

With more than 35 sailings aboard Disney Cruise Line and counting, Josh brings a level of firsthand experience that few Travel Advisors can match. He continues to sail multiple times each year across various cruise lines, allowing him to stay current on new ships, itineraries and onboard experiences. His extensive firsthand knowledge of Disney Cruise Line helps clients confidently choose the right ship, itinerary and stateroom category while tailoring every recommendation to their family’s travel style and vacation priorities.

Josh is known for providing a concierge-style planning experience. From the initial consultation through travel day and beyond, he takes the time to understand each client’s priorities and provides personalized recommendations every step of the way. Whether working with a first-time Disney cruiser or a family planning a milestone vacation, Josh focuses on making the process simple and stress-free for his clients. Many of Josh’s clients return year after year, trusting him to plan milestone vacations, family celebrations and other once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

While Disney Cruise Line is Josh’s primary specialty, he also assists clients with other Disney destinations including Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Aulani and Adventures by Disney. In addition, Josh works with clients interested in premium and luxury cruise lines, river cruises, guided tours and carefully selected all-inclusive resorts, recommending the destinations and experiences that best align with each client’s travel style, preferences and expectations.

More About Josh

Disney Cruise Line holds a special place in Josh’s heart for a very personal reason. While sailing aboard the Disney Magic on a Transatlantic cruise, he met his future wife, Brittany. Their Disney story continued with an engagement at Aulani, Disney’s resort in Hawaii, followed by a wedding on Disney Cruise Line’s private island, Castaway Cay.

Today, Josh and Brittany are proud parents who have turned their love of travel into a family adventure. Together they run the family-focused social media brand @FairytaleWondersFamily, where they share travel experiences, tips and memories from their adventures around the world.

Their daughter is already a seasoned traveler herself, having taken 15 Disney Cruise Line sailings and 50 flights by three years old. Traveling as parents has given them a fresh perspective on planning family vacations and allows Josh to better relate to clients traveling with young children!

“What keeps bringing me back to Disney time and time again is the service, quality and attention to detail that Disney brings to every destination. Knowing my clients are receiving an exceptional vacation experience is incredibly important to me when making recommendations, and Disney has built a reputation for delivering that level of excellence.”

What other destinations do you assist with?

“While Disney destinations are what I’m most known for, my experience over the years has expanded to include many other incredible travel options. I work with clients planning vacations on a variety of ocean and river cruise lines, guided tours and select all-inclusive resorts. My goal is always to match each client with the destination and travel style that’s the right fit for them, even if that destination isn’t Disney.”

“My firsthand experience is certainly a big part of it, but what truly sets me apart is taking the time to understand what matters most to each client. No two families vacation the same way, and I believe every interaction should reflect that. My goal is to create an experience that feels effortless from the moment a client first reaches out to me through every step of the planning process. I want every family to feel like a VIP, knowing every detail is being handled with care and attention.”
