Sherri Franklin

We worked with Sherri a long time to plan our kids first Disney trip, due to COVID. So after two years we were very excited to create our memories at Disney. We had a wonderful time despite hurricane Ian’s affects on Orlando. Sherri had great recommendations, assisted scheduling our parks, dinners, and our special experiences. She adds those personal touches that make the trip special, having a goody bag waiting for us when we arrived and calling personally to make sure we were doing well during the hurricane. I could not recommend Sherri more for your travel needs!

When we decided to go to Disney and Universal Studios I knew we would use a condo instead of staying on property so it was harder to get the details planned and with my busy schedule it got overwhelming! In stepped Sherri and I cannot praise her enough!!! She came into our vacation planning without missing a beat, helped me organize the itinerary and pick where to dine at the parks. She then made all the reservations, ordered fast passes, set up the Disney App and still took the time to sit down and go through what we could do everyday and how everything worked!! The best part was a binder she gave me that contained all the details for each day and special tips for park. We followed almost all of her tips and it saved us a ton of time at the Parks. My kids loved going through the binder at night getting excited for the trip and it was my go to everyday while we were there to keep me organized. Thank you Sherri for making this the best family vacation we had!!!!! All I can really say is if you want an amazing trip…– USE SHERRI!!!!!!

In 2015, I took my family to Disney World. While it was amazing, the planning and stress was a lot for me to handle, and I didn’t enjoy myself nearly as much as I wanted to. Being from Collinsville, we would pass Wish Upon A Star With Us almost daily, and I decided to call them to see what they could do for us. I was put in touch with Sherri. This was still in 2015 (I’m a super over-planner) and I explained that we wanted to return to Disney in 2017. She worked with us for the entire 2 years. For awhile it was almost daily, as I have grandiose plans, with a not grandiose budget. She was never frustrated, answered all of my questions, and made my crazy plans come to fruition. In June of this year we went to WDW. It was, hands down, the smoothest, most relaxing trip I’ve had. Everything was planned to the T. Sherri took care of things I hadn’t even thought about. I can’t say enough about her level of knowledge and care. I will work with her in the future, and I will tell everyone I know to work with her too. Thank you, Sherri.
